- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened apple or cranberry juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 6 cups shredded cabbage
- 1.1 /2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Preparation time 20mins
In large bowl, combine vinegar, apple juice, sugar, salt and pepper.
Add cabbage and toss gently to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for 8-hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
Just before serving, stir in berries.
