Honey-Jalapeno Corn Muffins

Easy recipe, not entirely from scratch

Ingredients

• 1 (14-16oz) box cornbread mix
• 1 jalapeno
• Honey
• 1/4 c. softened butter

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare cornbread mix according to package directions. Stir in 2 T diced seeded jalapenos. Bake according to package directions. Generously brush tops of warm muffins with honey. Combine 1/4 cup softened butter, 1 t. honey and 1 t. minced jalapeno, serve with muffins.
