Ingredients
- 1 pkg (4-serving size) peach or apricot-flavored gelatin
- 1-1/2 cups boiling water
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves
- 1 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar, divided
- 2 tablespoons reduced fat (2%) milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 baked pastry shell (9-inch), cooled
- 3 medium peaches, peeled, pitted and thinly sliced
- Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping

Step 1
1.Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in medium bowl; cool slightly. Add preserves; stir until well blended. Refrigerate until thickened but not set.
2.Beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup of the sugar, the milk, vanilla and nutmeg in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Spread onto bottom of pastry shell. Combine peaches with the remaining 1/4 cup sugar in medium bowl. Spoon evenly over cream cheese layer. Pour thickened gelatin mixture over peach layer; cover. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, or until set.
3.Cut pie into 8 slices. Top each slice with a serving of Reddi-wip just before serving.
