- 1 Mango, peeled with pit removed
- 1 Papaya, peeled with seeds removed
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, seeded and diced
- 1/2 Jalapeno (fresh), seeded
- 2 Tbs. Cilantro (chopped)
- 1/2 lime, squeezed (juice)
- 1 Tbs. honey
- 2 Tbs. red onion, finely diced
