Mango and Papaya Salsa

  • 1 Mango, peeled with pit removed
  • 1 Papaya, peeled with seeds removed
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 Jalapeno (fresh), seeded
  • 2 Tbs. Cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/2 lime, squeezed (juice)
  • 1 Tbs. honey
  • 2 Tbs. red onion, finely diced



Step 1

• Toss the ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
