- 8-10 leaves Kale
- (Lacinato/dinosaur kale is great but any variety works)

Preparation
Step 1
Spray with Olive Oil, add Pepper, Sea or Celtic Salt (to taste)
Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes until crisp.
Check at 10 minutes.
