Ingredients
- 4 (3 oz.) Pkgs. Orange Jello
- 1 (20 oz.) Can Crushed Pineapple, drained (save juice)
- 2 (8 oz.) Pkgs. Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) Container Cool Whip
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 2 tsp. Vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare 1 pkg. of the Jello, pour in 9 x 13 inch glass pan and allow to gel. Bring 2 cups water including pineapple juice to boil, stir in 2 pkgs. of the Jello and cool until slightly gelled. Add pineapples, cream cheese, Cool Whip, sugar and vanilla and mix well. Layer on top of gelatin in the 9 x 13 inch dish. Prepare last package of Jello, gel slightly and use as top layer.
