Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- Grated peel of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried
- 1/8 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 4 pork chops (1 inch thick)

Step 1
Whisk together garlic, lemon juice and peel, oil, rosemary, basil and lemon pepper. Place pork chops in a large plastic bag; pour in marinade. Seal and refriegerate at least 2 hours over overnight, turning occasionally. Drain and reserve marinade. Grill chops over medium coals or gas grill per side or until juices run clear, brushing occasionally with marinade.
