POTATOES = Sour Cream Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 10 medium red potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp butter, divided
  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley flakes
  • 1 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Place potatoes in saucepan and cover with water. Boil until tender. Drain.
In a large mixing bowl, mash potatoes. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, milk, 1 Tbsp butter, parsley and garlic salt. Beat until smooth.
Spoon into greased 2 qt baking dish.
Dot with remaining butter. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in 350 degree oven, uncovered, for 30 to 40 minutes.
