Broccoli Ham Ring

Ingredients
- 1/4 pound ham
- 1/4 pound fresh broccoli
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 6 ounces of finely shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 can (8oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coarsely chop ham, broccoli, onion and parsley. Mix all ingredients except crescent rolls and set aside. Arrange crescent triangles in a circle on a 13 inch baking stone with bases overlapping in center and points to the outside. There should be a 3-inch diameter circle in center. Evenly spoon filling over base. Fold points of triangles over filling and tuck under base at center. Filling will not be completely covered. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
