Ingredients
- 1 lg. can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 2 cobs of corn, cooked and taken of cob
- 2 mangos, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 3/4 cup cilantro, leaves torn
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
