  • 1 (tablespoon) dried dill weed (optional)
  • 1/4 (cup) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 (teaspoon) each salt and black pepper
  • 5-6 (large) carrots (or pre cut carrots)

Preparation

Step 1

Slice the carrots into french fry-sized pieces (or by pre cut) and place on a cookie sheet.
Melt butter and pour over carrots.
Sprinkle dill, salt and black pepper over carrots.
Bake 400 degrees for about a half hour, adjusting cooking time if you want the carrots softer or "crispier".
