Ingredients

  • SPINACH BALLS:
  • 2 boxes chopped frozen spinach, drained
  • 2 cups stuffing mix (Stove Top chicken flavoured)
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • MUSTARD DIPPING SAUCE:
  • 1/2 cup ground mustard (this is about the entire large container found in the spice aisle)
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 beaten egg

Preparation

Step 1

For the Spinach Balls. Mix all ingredients together and put in refrigerator for 1 hour. Roll into little balls and cook for 25 minutes at 350 degrees or freeze ahead for the party.


For the Mustard Dipping Sauce. Whisk all ingredients and transfer to a small saucepan. Bring just to a boil whisking the entire time. Can be served warm or room temperature.
