Ingredients

  • 20 cup. Cutup or ground zucchini
  • 4 large onions chopped
  • 2 green peppers chopped
  • 2 red peppers chopped
  • 1/3 cup salt
  • Let stand overnight then drain and rinse
  • Add 1 tsp. turmeric
  • 1 tsp. curry or nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • 2 ½ cup vinegar
  • 4 ½ cup sugar

Mix well boil for 20 minutes put in pint jars and seal.
