Ingredients
- 20 cup. Cutup or ground zucchini
- 4 large onions chopped
- 2 green peppers chopped
- 2 red peppers chopped
- 1/3 cup salt
- Let stand overnight then drain and rinse
- Add 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. curry or nutmeg
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- ½ tsp. pepper
- 2 ½ cup vinegar
- 4 ½ cup sugar

Mix well boil for 20 minutes put in pint jars and seal.
