  • Glaze:
  • Lemon cake mix
  • 3/4 C water
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 C oil
  • 1 small pkg lemon jello
  • 2 C powdered sugar
  • 1/4 C orange juice
  • 1/4 C lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Mix jello with cake mix. Add water and mix 2 minutes. Add eggs and mix again. Add oil - mix until light and fluffy. Bake at 375* until center springs back. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Prick with knitting needle and glaze.
