Fennel, Feta, and Olive Tart

Ingredients

  • 1 small fennel bulb, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives, halved
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (half of a 17.3 oz. pakg.), thawed and cut into 4 squares
  • 1 cup crumbled Feta ( 4 oz.)

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, toss the fennel and olives with the olive oil and 1/4 tsp. black pepper.
Place the pastry sq. on a baking sheet and top with the fennel mixture and Feta.
Bake at 400 until golden crisp and brown, 22 to 25 min.
Serves 4
