Ingredients
- 4 lbs round steak tenderized
- Flour to make gravy
- Salt & Pepper
- Cornstarch for gravy
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Pan Gravy
- 1 pkg instant Chicken broth
- 1 pint Cream

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat and remove from heat.
Make gravy with pan juices, water, broth, cornstarch, and onion powder
Add cream and meat and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
