Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 c flour
- 5 T powdered sugar
- 1/2 c butter
- Topping:
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1/4 c flour
- 3/4 teas salt
- 2 c finely chopped rhubarb

Preparation
Step 1
Mix crust ingredients together and press mixture into a 9 x 9 pan and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Spoon topping onto crust and bake at 350 for 35 min.
