Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and chopped
- 1 can (11oz.) tomatillos, drained
- 1/2 cup packed cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup Sour cream '
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp chopped pickled jalapeno
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- Salt to taste
- Raw green vegetables, cut into pieces

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients except salt and vegetables in food processor. Process until smooth. Season with salt; chill for 30 minutes. Serve with raw vegetables.
