Roasted Cauliflower

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 1 t ea salt and pepper
  • 3 T of capers + 1/4 c brine



Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
Make a marinade of oil, salt, pepper and capers and brine. Mix cauliflower into the marinade and place on a pan. Roast in pan for 40 min. Can be eaten cold as well as hot.
