Ingredients
- 1 pound cranberries
- Rinds of 14 kumquats, pith removed,
- julienne fine
- Juice and zests of 1 lemon and 1 lime
- 7/8 cup sugar
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a heavy. pot;
Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 10
minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow the
compote to cool to room temperature,
then chill. Serves 12.
