Berry Poke Cake

Ingredients
- 1 package Betty Crocker SuperMoist white cake mix
- Water, vegetable oil and egg whites as called for in cake mix directions
- 1 package (4 serving size) strawberry or raspberry flavored gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 container of 8 oz. Cool Whip
- Fresh strawberries or raspberries, if desired

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Make cake as directed on box for 13x9 inch pan. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
Poke cake all over with fork. In small bowl, stir gelatin and boiling water until dissolved; stir in cold water. Pour over cake. Run knife around sides of pan to loosen cake. Refrigerate 2 hours.
Spread Cool Whip over top of cake; garnish with berries. Store covered in refrigerator.
