Ingredients

  • 6 bone in chicken thights (abt 2 1/4 lbs)
  • 6 chicken drumsticks
  • 6 medium red potatoes (abt 2 lbs), cut into 1 in cubes
  • 24 garlic cloves peeled
  • 1/4 c butter, melted
  • 1 tsp salt, divided
  • 1/4 c maple syrup

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place the chicken, potatoes and garlic in a large roasting pan. Drizzle with butter; sprinkle with 3/4 tsp salt. Toss to coat. bake, uncovered at 400 for 40 mintues.

2. Combine the syrup and reamining salt; drizzle over chicken. Spoon pan juices over potatoes and garlic. Bake 20 minutes longer or until a meat hermometer reads 180 and potatoes are tende.
