- 1 pd. thin asparagus spears
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- Balsamic vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Snap off tough ends drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper, tossing well.
Grill 2 minutes each side until crisp tender. Remove drizzle with vinegar.
