Ranch Peach Cobbler


Made from our small, but delicious home-grown peaches.

  • 2 disposable foil baking pans 2"x6"x8"
  • 3 lbs. sliced peaches ( 1 lb sliced peaches is about 1/2 of a quart size baggie
  • 8 t. sliced butter
  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 rolled frozen pie crust dough


Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 40mins


Step 1

Preheat oven to 425.
Put 2 slices butter in the bottom of each pan.
Pour in peaches.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Mix flour and sugar together, dividing the mixture between the 2 pans, sprinkle the sugar/flour mixture over peaches.
Top with 2 more slices butter.
Cut dough in 4 pieces and place on top of peach mixture.
Sprinkle top of crust with 1 teaspoon sugar.

Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, then lower oven temperature to 350 and bake for another 15 minutes or until light golden brown.
