Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients

• 1 stick margarine (4ounces)
• 2 cups sweet potatoes, mashed
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 small can evaporated milk
• 2 pie crusts, unbaked
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 eggs
• 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

Step 1

Mix potatoes, sugar and margarine well. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into crusts. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
