- 6 shortcakes
- 4 fresh peaches diced
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 cup cream
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- peach and almond slices for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare shortcakes. Toss peaches with granulated sugar reserve.
Just before serving with cream powder sugar and extract until soft peaks form reserve to serve split shortcakes in half spoon 1/4 cup peach mixture including juice over each bottom half of shortcake spoon 1/4 cup whipped cream over each and top with shortcakes, 1/4 cup peach and whipped cream garnish
