Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tblsp. Sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 1 can ice cold evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
Mix the ingredients together and reserve 1/4 cup. Press the rest into a 13-9" pan.
Filling:
Dissolve jello in hot water. Mix the sugar and room temp cream cheese together and then add the jello mixture. Whip the evaporated milk till very stiff. Add the lemon juice and salt. Fold this into the jello mixture. Pour into the crust and sprinkle the reserved crumbs on top. Chill till set.
