Grilled Garlic Prawns
Note: Nutritional values are provided per serving. Fat values refer to Saturated Fat. Points values refer to the Weight Watchers point system
Sat Fat: 5 g
- 1 kg large green prawns (cleaned and deveined)
- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 2 teaspoons coarse red chilli flakes
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 8 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation time 30mins
Cooking time 50mins
In a large bowl, combine prawns with garlic, salt, chilli powder and lemon juice.
Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Add olive oil to a large frying pan and add prawns
Pan grill on high heat until prawns are bright red and cooked through for about 20 minutes.
Serve hot with a side salad and crusty bread.
