Ingredients

  • 1

    kg large green prawns (cleaned and deveined)

  • 1

    tablespoon crushed garlic

  • 1

    teaspoon salt

  • 1

    teaspoon red chilli powder

  • 2

    teaspoons coarse red chilli flakes

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 8

    tablespoons olive oil

Directions

In a large bowl, combine prawns with garlic, salt, chilli powder and lemon juice. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes. Add olive oil to a large frying pan and add prawns Pan grill on high heat until prawns are bright red and cooked through for about 20 minutes. Serve hot with a side salad and crusty bread.
