Step 1

In a 9x13 glass pan place half of 28 soft lady fingers. Then sitr 1 c seedless raspberry jam with 3 tbsp orange liqueur. Then combine 1 pound mascarpone cheese (at room temp) with 2 tbsp oragne liqueur in a large bowl. using an electric mixer, mix 1 c whipping cream, 1/4 c sugar and 1 tsp pure vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Then stir in 1/4 of the whipped cream into mascarpone to lighten, then fold in the remaining whipped cream. Spread half teh jam over ladyfingers, then half the mascarpone mixture, then one pt of fresh raspberries. Then do second layer just like the first. Dust with powdered sugar. I MADE THIS ON 4/24/12 AND EVERYONE LOVED IT, I DID HALF WITH LIQUOR AND HALF WITHOUT AND IT WORKED FINE, ONLY FILLED ABOUT HALF OF THE PAN THOUGH.
