Ingredients
- Cook:
- Crust/Topping
- 2 Cups flour
- 1 1/2 Cups oatmeal
- 2 tbsp. cinnamon
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 3 Cups chopped rhubarb
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 cups water
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Mix crust ingredients and pat 1/2 of mixture into a 9"x13" pan.
Spread chopped rhubarb over crust.
Cook and thicken the sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla. Pour over rhubarb.
Top with remaining crumb mixture, bake at 325 for 1 hour.
