Layered Orange Gelatin and Fluff

Ingredients
- 2 packages (3 ounce each) orange gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 can (6 ounce) frozen orange juice concentrate thawed, mixed with 1 can of cold water
- 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Sweetened whipped cream or whipped topping

Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water add cold water to orange concentrate to make 2 cups.
Stir into gelatin mix.
Stir in lemon juice and vanilla chill until thick as unbeaten egg whites.
Spoon out 1 1/2 cups and a large bowl of mixer set aside.
Spoon remaining gelatin into attractive serving dish with about 6 cup capacity. Chill
with gelatin in mixer bowl at high speed until very light and fluffy and almost double in volume about 10 minutes
pour over gelatin serving dish and chill until set garnish with whipped cream
makes 8 servings
