Ingredients
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 over ripe bananas mashed
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 drops banana flavoring (optional)
- 3 oz. oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup of chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together and bake in a parchment paper lined 9 inch cake pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Check periodically for doneness. Don't over bake.
Note: This can be doubled-bake in 2-9 inch cake pans.
