Banana Split Salad

  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2/3 Cup Sugar
  • 1 (10 oz.) Container Cool Whip
  • 1 (16 oz.)Can Crushed pineapple
  • 2 Bananas, diced
  • 1 (10 oz.) Pkg. Frozen Strawberries, thawed and drained
  • 1 Cup Pecans, chopped (optional)



Step 1

Blend cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip well; set aside. Mix together the remaining ingredients and add to the cream cheese mixture. Place in a 9 x 13 inch dish. Freeze at least 3 hours. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce. Let stand at room temperature 1/2 hour before serving. Great salad to make a day or two ahead.
