Banana Split Popsicles

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup milk or almond/rice/soy milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar or honey (optional)
- 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt or Rice Dream ice cream
- 1/3 cup milk or almond/rice/soy milk
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon sugar or honey (optional)
- 4 strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup milk or almond/rice/soy milk
- Popsicle molds or plastic cups

Step 1
Blend the banana, sweetener, and milk in a blender until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds or plastic cups until 1/3 full. Place in the freezer.
Rinse out the blender, and then blend the vanilla yogurt, milk, chocolate chips*, and sweetener until creamy; set aside.
*You can melt the chocolate in a saucepan before blending to make it creamy. Or you can just blend it whole for little chocolate chunks.
Wait 30-60 minutes before pouring the chocolate mixture on top of the banana mixture until 2/3 full.
Rinse out the blender, and then blend the strawberries and milk (if fresh, use 1/4 cup milk, if frozen use 1/2 cup milk). Set aside.
After 30 more minutes fill the popsicle molds until completely full and freeze for several hours.
