Greek Yogurt, Lime and Honey Pie

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- Juice of one lime
- 2 tablespoons honey, plus extra for serving
- 1 box lime-flavored gelatin (3 ounces)
- 2 containers plain Greek yogurt (7 ounces each)
- 1 container of frozen whipped topping
- Prepared graham cracker pie crust (8- or 9-inch)

Preparation
Step 1
Add boiling water, lime juice and honey to a bowl and stir to dissolve honey. Add contents of gelatin packet to dissolve. Whisk in yogurt and whipped topping until smooth.
Pour into pie crust and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set. Drizzle slices with additional honey if desired when serving.
