Ingredients
- 1 ball of pizza dough
- brie cheese
- prosciutto slices
- fig jam
- fresh figs

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 500F
Roll out pizza dough to 1/4" thick, rectangle to fit baking sheet. Pierce dough with fork all over so it will not bubble up.
Spread fig jam over dough. Add thin slices of brie and strips of prosciutto.
Cut figs into 1/4's and sprinkle on top of prosciutto.
Place in oven and cook for 15-20 minutes until dough is nice and golden, but not burnt.
Cut into thin strips and serve.
