  • 1 can creamy potato soup
  • 1 c reduced fat sour cream
  • 1 T flour
  • 1/2 t garlic salt
  • 1 pkg shredded hash brown potatoes (24 oz)
  • 2 c reduced fat cheddar
  • 1/3 c parmesan
  • Paprika

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, combine soup, sour cream, flour and garlic salt. Stir in potatoes and cheese. Pour into 9 x 13 pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with parmesan and paprika. Bake, uncovered for 50-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender
