Ingredients
- 2 Cups Cucumbers, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 2 tsp. Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Sugar
- 2 tsp. Minced Onion
- 1/2 tsp. Dill Weed
- Black Pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Place cucumbers in bowl. Sprinkle with salt and cover in cold water. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Drain well, combine remaining ingredients and toss lightly. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
