Ingredients
- 2 pieces of toast
- milk
- 3-4 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tbsp of butter
- 1 egg

Step 1
Leave 2 pieces of toast out until hard. Moisten in a little milk.
Saute onions and celery with butter
Peel potatoes, cut, and boil
In mixer - Mix softened potatoes, onions, celery, egg, and bread
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
