Cranberry Salad

  • 2 packages cherry Jello
  • 1 c hot water
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 c cranberries, ground
  • 1 whole orange, ground
  • 1 c crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c pecans or walnuts, chopped



Step 1

Dissolve Jello in hot water, add lemon juice and reserved pineapple juice. Chill until mixture is syrupy. Combine ground cranberries and orange, pineapple, celery and nuts. Add to gelatin mixture. Pour into 1 quart mold. Chill thoroughly until firm. Invert onto serving platter to serve.
