Ingredients

  • 1 1 1 t light margarine
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 c chopped onion
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 c diced red bell pepper
  • 4 4 4 oz nonfat or lowfat cream cheese
  • 1 1 can 1 small can diced green chiles
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 c milk
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 c pepper
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 t chili powder
  • 1 16 1 16 1 16 oz bag frozen corn
  • 1/2 1/2 1 t cilantro or 1 T fresh cilantro

Preparation

Step 1

In nonfat skillet, melt margarine over medium high heat. Sauté onion and pepper for 2-3 minutes. Reduce heat to low and add cream cheese, chiles, milk pepper and child powder. Cook until smooth. Stir in corn and cook until heated. Stir in cilantro just before serving. 6 servings 75 calories
