- 1 1/2 cups blackberries
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
- Kosher salt
- 4 pork chops, 1 inch thick
- Freshly ground pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Combine blackberries, onion, lime juice, brown sugar, and a pinch of kosher salt in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring, until berries break down, about 10 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high. Season four 1-inch-thick pork chops with kosher salt and freshly ground pepper; grill about 5 minutes per side. Top with chutney.
