Creamy Avocado Rancho Dressing
This is a delicious dairy and gluten-free alternative to ranch dressing
- 3 ripe avocados - mashed
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup Rice Dream milk
- 2 Tbsp homemade ranch seasoning (see recipe in my collection)
- 2 tsp raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp chopped chives
Preparation time 15mins
Cooking time 15mins
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Stored in a sealed glass jar in the refrigerator, the dressing should keep for 2-3 days.
If the top oxidizes brown, simply remove it with a spoon. The underneath will still be green and delicious.
