Sweet Potato Bake

Ingredients
- 3 lbs sweet potatoes (or use canned)
- 1/2 - 3/4 C brown sugar
- 3 T butter (or 1 tsp Molly McButter)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- milk to make it as creamy as you like
- 1/4 C chopped dates if desired

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook sweet potatoes until done; peel and mash
2. Sir in remaining ingredients except 2 T of the sugar
3. Place in sprayed 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and sprinkle with remaining sugar
4. Bake at 375 until hot - 30 - 45 min.
