Scallops with Creamy Pesto

I served this with crab legs , butter sauce and a ceasar salad. My guests absolutely loved it.

Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 11 ⁄2 lb sea scallops, patted dry
- 1 T butter
- garlic salt
- 1 ⁄3 cup refrigerated prepared pesto
- 2 Tbsp heavy (whipping) cream
- garnish with parsley flakes

Preparation
Step 1
Heat 11⁄2 tsp butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add scallops and cook 4 minutes, turning once and seasoning with garlic salt, until golden and just barely opaque at centers. Remove to a plate. Off heat, add pesto and cream to skillet; stir to blend.
pour pesto sauce on plate and set scallops on top. garnish
