Ingredients
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup thick cream or yogurt
- 1 T wasabi powder dissolved in water
- 3 mangos sliced
- 1 lb lump crabmeat
- 1 finely diced red pepper
- 1 T chopped cilantro
- 1 T lemon juice
- kosher salt
- 1 dozen English muffins, crumpets, or patè a choux.
- Dash of paprika, Emeril’s Essence, or the like.

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the mayo, cream, and wasabi mix.
Stir together crabmeat, pepper, cilantro, lemon juice, and salt
Remove crust on muffins if desired; toast lightly
Spread the mayo mixture on the muffins.
Mound the crabmeat mixture.
Top with a sprinkle of paprika, Emeril’s Essence, or the like.
