Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup thick cream or yogurt
  • 1 T wasabi powder dissolved in water
  • 3 mangos sliced
  • 1 lb lump crabmeat
  • 1 finely diced red pepper
  • 1 T chopped cilantro
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • kosher salt
  • 1 dozen English muffins, crumpets, or patè a choux.
  • Dash of paprika, Emeril’s Essence, or the like.

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the mayo, cream, and wasabi mix.

Stir together crabmeat, pepper, cilantro, lemon juice, and salt

Remove crust on muffins if desired; toast lightly

Spread the mayo mixture on the muffins.

Mound the crabmeat mixture.

Top with a sprinkle of paprika, Emeril’s Essence, or the like.
