Ingredients
- 1 cup turkey broth or canned bouillon
- 6-8 slices stale bread, torn into pieces
- 1 1/2 packed cups crumbled corn bread
- 1/2 to 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 to 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 tbsp. sage

Preparation
Step 1
Pour the broth over the bread crumbs and corn bread. Saute the celery and onions in butter till tender. Combine bread mixture, celery, onions, beaten eggs, salt, pepper and seasoning. Mix well. Bake in a buttered casserole dish at 325'F for 35-45 min.
