A classic Puerto Rican dish, these Sandwichitos de Mezcla make a great finger food with a perfect blend of meat, cheese, olives and hot sauce. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 can luncheon meat (similar to Spam)
- 1/4 medium onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh green bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon red pepper, roasted
- 10-15 olives
- 1 jar Cheese spread (Cheez-Whiz)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Hot sauce to taste
- 1 loaf sandwich-style bread, crusts removed (keep crust to make bread pudding or bread crumbs)

Preparation
Step 1
In food processor, blend luncheon meat, onion, bell pepper and olives until finely processed. Add cheese spread, mayonnaise and hot sauce and blend until smooth.
Spread mixture on a slice of bread and top with another slice of bread. Cut into diagonal cuts and cut again crosswise to make 4 triangles for each sandwich.
Repeat for remaining bread and serve as appetizers.
