Garlic Parmesan Monkey Bread
- 2 loaves frozen bread dough
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Thaw 2 loaves of frozen bread dough and let raise as directed.
In a small bowl, combine 1/3 cup melted butter, 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes, 1/2 teaspoon basil, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, and 2 cloves minced garlic. Set aside.
Divide dough into thirds. Tear off small pieces and coat them in the butter mixture. Place in the bottom of a greased bundt pan until you've used up one of the thirds. This should cover the bottom of the bundt pan. Generously sprinkle Parmesan cheese on the layer of dough and then begin another layer. You will have 3 layers in all. Cover the dough and let rise for 40 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until bread is golden brown.
